Creating a Page

The TextSide Engine has different options for creating pages for your site. One of the easiest ways is to create a Virtual Page, completely through the web interface. Pages created this way have content added to them by placing reusable 'parts' or modules on them. You can also customize virtual pages by mixing in your own PHP code on them (more on this later).

To make a new page, simply browse to any url in your domain. For example: www.yourdomain.com/newpage
You'll be greeted with a Error 404 window.



To create a new page, click on the Create Page button. If you don't see a button here, make sure that you're logged in.
Next you'll be given the options for your new page. For now, go ahead and just click on "Create Page".



You'll be given a confirmation that your new page has been created.



After clicking continue, you'll be shown the page that you just created. It looks pretty empty now, so lets add some content...
